Vote Yes to SPLOSTVI

A Citizens Selection Committee was formed, consisting of 1 individual picked by each Commissioner throughout the county, and a member representing the Chamber of Commerce and a member representing the senior community.  They looked at $395 million dollars of projects identified as important to the county, and selected the following as most important. 

New Roads
Extend Ronald Reagan Boulevard, McFarland to Union Hill Road

Major Road Widenings & Improvements
SR371, Bethelview Rd., Brookwood Rd. (intersection improvement only), Castleberry Rd., Kelly Mill Rd., Market Place Parkway, Mary Alice Park Rd., McFarland Parkway, McGinnis Ferry Rd., Old Atlanta Rd. (intersection improvements to address new school & traffic congestion), Pilgrim Mill Rd., Sharon Rd., and Union Hill Rd.

Unpaved Roads
Upgrade many gravel roads in Forsyth County with proper paving and grading.

Pavement Widening
Buford Dam Rd., Caney Rd, Castleberry Rd., Chattahoochee Rd., Christopher Robin Rd., Daves Creek Rd. Dr. Bramblett Rd., Gilbert Rd., Herdsville Rd., Holbrook Rd., Holtzclaw Rd., Howard Rd., John Burruss Rd., Jot-em-down Rd., Kelly Mill Rd., Majors Rd., Mayfield Dr., Settingdown Rd., Spot Rd., Stoney Point Rd., Union Hill Rd.
